Celebrate Recovery

(Meets each Friday evening) This Christ-centered program presents a model for recovery to help people break free from their hurts, hang-ups, habits or addictions. It has a life changing message for individuals and their loved ones who struggle with self-destructive behaviors.

GriefShare (Seminar & Support Group)

Facilitator: Liz McGlasson Winter introductory session Wednesday, February 3, 6:00 pm in the Bride’s Room GriefShare is a special weekly seminar and support group for people who are grieving the death of someone close to them. It can be a fresh or a lingering grief that enables you to remember and celebrate the life of one who is no longer with us. The group is designed to help people recover from
the deep hurt of death and find healing and hope.

Revelation (Park Room)

Teacher: Bill Skidis. 6:30-7:30 pm – Continues February 3 The Revelation of Jesus Christ is an “unveiling” of unseen spiritual forces operating behind the scenes in history and controlling its events and outcome. But it is also “prophecy” not only as divine prediction of future events but also as divine diagnosis of the present state of affairs. (Open to all, not dependent on classes from last Fall.)

Study of the epistles of John (Church Library)

Teachers: Jim & Betty Jo Cox. 6:30-7:30 pm – Continues February 3 It should not surprise us that the Holy Spirit has anticipated every form of attack and diversion, and the three epistles of John are full of insights that are timely for each of us – at the personal level as well as in the community of faith. Discussion style format. (Open to all, not dependent on previous classes.)
