We have three dozen beautiful souls who love to sing the Gospel of Christ. We sing a forty-minute program at two nursing homes every first Thursday of the month. We love to sit and visit after we sing with the precious folks in the places we visit, as well as to fellowship with each other on the bus to and from and at lunch! If you want a stress free, rewarding ministry and can carry even a "slight" tune, please consider joining us. Meets every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. in the Park Room for practice.

Yes, it can be done in two days. We will leave the St. Matthew parking lot at 6 a.m. and travel to Atlanta, GA with lunch on the road, on your own. We will probably go right to the ball park, so have your Cardinal gear on for the day.

The game starts at 7:30 p.m. and we have deluxe seating in the "Hank Aaron Terrace." This private area has indoor and outdoor seating and a private restroom. This all-inclusive area features hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, pulled pork sandwiches, nacho bar, hot dogs, pretzels, popcorn, Cracker Jacks, kettle chips, roasted peanuts, fountain sodas, and chocolate chip cookies, included in your package. Food is available from the time we arrice to the end of the 5th inning. You should be well stuffed by then.

We will stay the evening at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta-Gallerica Cumberland, 3200 Cobb Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339 (770-988-9449). Hotels are at a premium when the Cardinals are in town. There are "all suite" rooms with full kitchens (should you care to cook.) If not, you can enjoy their complimentary breakfast on Tuesday Morning the 18th. After breakfast, at a time TBD, we will load the coach and drive back to SunTrust Stadium and have a tour of SunTrust Stadium at 9 a.m., inculded in your package. After the tour we will have lunch in the "Battery" across the stadium at the new restaurant "Feed Fried Chicken," on your own.

After lunch, we will board the coach bus and head home. We will be arriving home around 11 p.m. or later. You can sleep soundly as the evening draws near as we have two great drivers accustomed to these drive times, Greg Souders and Gene Lively.

Since this is just a two day trip you will not have any calls or mailings to remind you, so mark your calendars please.
