On the third Saturday of each month members of Saint Matthew comes together to prepare and serve a free meal to any who wish to come. We serve every part of the meal to the tables in the hope that through love shown, those who come may find Christ!
The Food Pantry seeks to aid local families by supplying them with a healthy variety of food on a regular basis in their time of need. The Food Pantry also supplies food baskets at Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter so that these families may experience the love and generosity of God through His people. The Saint Matthew Thrift Store seeks to help serve the material needs of the surrounding community. It is a place for people to buy low-cost clothing and other merchandise for their families. The Thrift Store is completely run by volunteers and the goods they sell are donated by church members and other families around the community.

East St. Louis The Saint Matthew Young Adults and Youth ministries both take active rolls throughout the year in bringing aid and fellowship to the children of the CAC. They help sponsor fund raisers, youth activities, and material aid for the surrounding communities.
