Senior Travel:
St. Matthew UMC offers a day trip most months throughout the year as well as several longer trips each year. Here are some examples of previous trips:
– A day trip tour of Crown Ridge Tiger Sanctuary and lunch at the lodge. Shopping in Ste. Genevieve, MO. – Branson Christmas; Includes Silver Dollar City, Andy Williams Show, Noah, Pierce Arrow, shopping and more! – A day trip to Meramec Music Theater Christmas Show and Lunch in Steelville, MO.New Life Club
Meetings are held every month on the third Thursday at 12:00 noon.
- Thursday, February 18 – devotion by Rogene Frezza – program presented by Paul Foraker, pianist – lunch hostesses Carol Schwoebel and Betty Lee.
- Thursday, March 18 – devotion by Evelyn Hammel – program presented by Rachell Lugge, Illinois Outreach Coordinator for Alzheimer’s Assn., entitled “Train Your Brain.”
- Thursday, April 15 – devotion and program presented by Zelma McDaniel, St. Louis, MO entitled “If The Show Fits.”
